wear whatever feels soft and comfortable to lie down in, and bring a bottle of water (and a journal if you like to capture reflections).
for every gathering hosted by em mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks and bolsters are all provided for your comfort.
there are accessible toilets and changing rooms, as well as space to leave any belongings safely at the studios.

to help your nervous system settle, try to avoid caffeine for up to 3 hours before the session. it is also important that you abstain from alcohol or mind-altering substances on the day so you can fully soften, rest, and remain present.

it is always recommended to arrive 5–10 minutes before the start time of any gathering to settle in and drop into your session.
to protect the experience and deep state of mindfulness for the rest of the group, doors do close strictly 10 minutes after the start time, and late entry is not permitted beyond this timeframe.
