my work.
supporting and connecting with others has always felt like a natural part of who I am.
for many years this expressed itself through my work as a small animal vet.
alongside saving animals’ lives, I supported owners through difficult and emotional moments.
quietly holding space for others became meaningful.
a shift in direction
although I had explored wellness practices for many years, it wasn’t until a year of deep loss and grief that I truly understood the power of these spaces.
mindfulness and sound became important parts of my own healing.
helping me reconnect with my body and the energy within and around me.
discovering how deeply these practices supported me naturally led to a desire to share them with others.
today, I hold spaces that blend mindfulness, sound healing and shared presence. inviting people to connect and experience the power of community.

my approach
through mindfulness I discovered the power of simply being.
becoming aware of emotions and sensations that arise without needing to change them.
sound healing revealed another layer: the way vibration moves through the body, helping release stagnant energy and restore balance.
for me, these practices gently guide me back to presence.
a place of deeper peace and clarity.
accepting things exactly as they are.
and trusting what is meant for me will always find me.
